capacıty enhancement support
The capacity-building and enhancement support services I provide are designed to provide comprehensive training that empowers individuals and organisations to better meet the needs of those they serve.
I have facilitated numerous trainings and workshops across various countries, in English, Turkish, or through simultaneous and consecutive interpretation into multiple languages. This experience is a core part of my work and has been instrumental in my growth as a professional.
my approach to capacıty buıldıng and enhancement

Capacity Needs Assessment
I begin the process with a thorough needs assessment to pinpoint the specific areas where participants require development. This critical step ensures that the training programs are tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the organisation.
Tailored Training Programs
Based on the findings from the needs assessment, I design training programs that aim to enhance participants' knowledge and skills. The approach is holistic and interactive, ensuring that participants gain both a deep understanding of concepts and practical applications.
Interactive, Enjoyable, and Reciprocal Learning
By leveraging adult learning principles, I prioritise making the learning experience interactive, enjoyable and reciprocal. I incorporate role plays, gamification, and creative, art-based activities to ensure that learning is not only effective but also memorable and fun.
Post Training Evaluation
To measure the effectiveness of our training, I conduct detailed evaluations following each program. This assessment helps us gauge the impact of the training on participants and identify any areas that may require further attention or refinement.
Ongoing Support
Through ongoing support through refresher trainings, supervision, and follow-up sessions as needed, growth and continuous improvement is sustained. This ensures that the skills and knowledge gained are effectively applied and continually refined.
